• In case to be necessary, suggest the modifications that will guarantee the quality of the works of deep foundations.
• Quoting the work required, indicating the considered specifications, program, cash flow and notes.
• When it is justified, call technical meetings to clarify and/or to complement the information contained in the budgets.
• If our proposal is suitable for the parties, manage the hiring proceedings.
• Plan the development of the works that we will make considering the execution program, taking care of the necessities of our clients.
• Construct the deep foundations basing to us on the specifications and the contract, and if it is required to carry out modifications, make them of the knowledge of the customer to define what comes.
• Address the clarifications and/or information that is requested by the customer, concerning the relevant project.
• When completion of the contracted work, prepare the minutes of receipt of the work, giving to the client a summary of the real characteristics of the constructed elements.
• Maintain constant contact with the customer.
